We are a non-profit organization dedicated to animals and their well being. We currently have a cat shelter and Low Cost Spay/Neuter Clinics.

DOAV is a group of dedicated volunteers working towards spay/ neutering the over population of pets and strays in and around Murray County, OK. DOAV has been working tirelessly to help the animals in our community since 2005.

Davis Oklahoma Animal Volunteers or DOAV is a 501(c)3 not for profit organization run soely by volunteers who dedicate their time and who love animals and want to see them all have homes. We operate both a Thrift Store in Davis, with 100% of the proceeds going back to DOAV. We also have a wonderful small Cat Shelter in Sulphur, OK.
We take surrendered cats for a small fee.

Our facility only houses cats. The "Cat House" as we call it has both an open area, and isolation booths for cats that might need extra TLC before they can be introduced to the regular population.

Because of this socialization, we can observe the cats in a variety of situations to give you a better feel for their "general" disposition, and hopefully clue you in to any issues "before" they arise. However all cats react differently to different environment, so know your cat may have a slight shift once they are home with you.

We also want to help educate you on how to best care for your new companion, so check back often for tips on how to deal with possible problem issues.
