The Friends of the Animals of Norman (FAN) is a charitable nonprofit volunteer organization that supports the Norman Animal Welfare Center, encourages responsible pet ownership, and works with the Center to increase the number of adoptions. Our vision is to eliminate the need for euthanization and create a future in which all animals live in humane, loving environments.
