PAWS is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to saving Philadelphia's homeless, abandoned and unwanted animals. PAWS is working to make Philadelphia a city in which every healthy and treatable pet is guaranteed a home.

As of April 2, 2014, PAWS cats have returned to the adoption center inside the South Philly Petsmart! PAWS volunteers will be staffing the 9-space adoption center on weekday mornings, weekday evenings, and weekends. Please come to see our wonderful kitties! We will be posting photos and descriptions here, too!
