Creegan, an irish name meaning "heart" is truly at the start of all that we do. At Creegan Canine Rescue, we help dogs in need with all our hearts.

The name Creegan has a long Gaelic history to its credit, the original Gaelic form of the name, Cregan, is O Croidheagain, from the word “croidhe” which means heart. Heart is at the start of everything we do at Creegan Canine Rescue which was founded by Melissa Ann in memory of her passed mother and uncle, Diane and Kevin Creegan who both had a great love for pets and always kept rescue in their hearts.



At Creegan Canine Rescue heart truly is at the start of all that we do. Our primary objective and mission is to find loving homes full of heart for every dog we rescue.
