EMERGENCY 🚨

A Good Sam found this puppy presumably abandoned 2 days ago. He was scanned for a chip, had no chip, and although he was never full speed, his finder thought he was just confused from being tossed out. Until today when he couldn’t even lift his head, turns out, THIS KID HAS PARVO! 😣😭😫

We have named him Pogo and he is at VECC getting ‘round the clock care.

We just put down $3200 for his stay.
We all know parvo hits the pitties hard, so this baby needs all the thoughts and prayers. ❤️🙏

Their owners wanted what was best for them and for them to have a family who had more time and attention to devote to these pretty girls. We will get to know them better and get their needed medical and then they will be available for adoption. ♥️

Meet Gemini 😻

Gemini was once an outdoor kitty, foster mom trapped her to get her spayed and it was decided we would see if she was interested in being an indoor kitty.. Well it turns out.. she was!

Gemini is absolutely loving her life as an indoor cat and is such a lover. She loves to play, whether it’s with her toys or foster siblings, which are both cats & dogs. She gets a long very will with all of them. Gemini does still get shy/nervous when first getting to know new places and people, but has slowly started coming out of her shell.

She will need a special home and a patient family, as it can take quite some time for her to get use to a new place with new people. Once Gemini gets to know her forever home and family, she really is the most amazing cat, and will give you all the loves and playtime! ❤️

Fred and Velma are a bonded pair looking for a home for the holidays. They have been in rescue for four months and just do not understand why they haven’t been scooped up. In fact they are so excited that they asked for a holiday themed photo shoot!

Guys these are the sweetest cutest babies and we need to find them at home!

Fred - He is such a cuddle bug! He loves to be sitting in laps. And if you’re walking around the house, he’ll come up and start rolling over next to your feet for attention! He loves pets, sitting in the window watching the birds, and is great with all dogs! He has a loud purr and starts to drool when he's purring 😂🥰

Velma - a sweet and sassy little girl! She's cautious when it comes to new things (like new dogs or cats, big and loud things). She seems to prefers males over females, but loves to get pets from anyone! She loves food, chilling outside on the catio watching the birds, and cuddling in bed with a fluffy blanket!!!

This young 4 month old lab/collie mix ?? has just joined the VPRP family. She is as sweet as they come and her foster fam has already mentioned how all have already fallen in love after 1 day. She will be spayed Wednesday and ready to be adopted approximately 2 weeks after the spay. ♥️
