Friends of Colleton County Animal Shelter supports the homeless animals at the animal shelter through fund raising, volunteer support, adoption events, education and other efforts to reduce the population of unwanted pets.

FoCCAS is a non profit that works with the shelter. We can be reached via email at foccas.sc@gmail.com or through FB messenger. FoCCAS is not a rescue.

The shelter can be reached during county business hours (8:00 - 5:00, Monday - Friday) at 843 893-2651.
For emergencies outside of regular county business hours, call the county dispatch at 843 549-2211 and they can contact the Animal Control Office on duty.
