For Pete’s Sake Animal Rescue (www.forpetessakerescue.com) is a 501c3 organization (Bristol, TN) devoted to saving animals by finding qualified homes or owners and also finding interested families to foster unwanted and neglected animals.

We are a group of dedicated volunteers whose goal in life is to reduce euthanasia in kill shelter of highly adoptable animals by placing them into loving homes. We love animals and every adoptable animal deserves a chance at a better life.

Ada Flaherty and her “For Pete’s Sake” team locate animals that have been placed in local shelters and are schedules for euthanasia, they take these animals and treat them for any illnesses and have them spayed or neutered then place them in foster homes and from there, these dogs find forever homes.
