Happy Strays Rescue was formed to make a difference to the cats and kittens who need us most-- the homeless and tossed aside cats in our neighborhoods. All donations received go directly towards the cats and kittens in our care waiting for adoption, with a special emphasis on spay/neuter and medical expenses. We dream of the day when there will be no more homeless pets in the Los Angeles area.
