SOCIETY is a student run initiative aimed at increasing the sense of community and cohesion within the Social Work and Human Services programs at UniSA.
The UniSA Social Work and Human Services Society (USWHSS)is a student run initiative aimed at increasing the sense of community and cohesion within the Social Work and Human Services programs at the University of South Australia.
USWHSS encompasses:
INCLUSIVENESS – bridging the gap between staff and students (part-timers, mature aged, external, high-school leavers, international + everyone else) through social events.
ALTRUISM – sponsoring humanitarian activities supported by SW&HS values.
NETWORKING – assisting students to increase their knowledge and awareness of SW&HS work issues and practice by encouraging its members to attend seminars, workshops and meet-and-greets.
