NBLB is a 501c3 rescue committed to dogs belonging to bully breeds.

Jennifer Harrell Vines, along with dedicated volunteers, heads up the NBLB mission of saving dogs belonging to bully breeds. NBLB has a facility in the heart of Oak Cliff, The Bullypen, that is focused on being a significant member of the Elmwood and Oak Cliff neighborhood by educating, supporting, and assisting dog owners and future adopters.
