Society for Human Advancement and Disadvantagged Empowerment (SHADE) is a not for profit, non government organization. It is registered under Social Welfare (Registration and Control) Ordinance 1961. It works to promote and protect human rights.

The mission of Society for Human Advancement and Disadvantaged Empowerment (SHADE) is to work for the promotion and protection of human rights (rights of women, girls, men, and children) as mentioned in the UN charters and international conventions by bringing positive attitudinal changes through awareness raising, advocacy campaigns, and by assisting people so that they accept and respect human rights for the creation of a fairer society.
