Shane has always been passionate about animal welfare and so far has rescued and cared for over 8 rescued farm animals all while working full time doing the best can to feed and care for them all.

Shane has always been passionate about animal welfare and in 2005 he rescued his first and not to be the last unwanted farm animal Daisy, knowing her fate he decided to rescue her so she could live out her life safe and happy on Shane’s property in the Greater Shepperton area.

The next addition was Fries the big friesian steer in 2008 then William the white friesian steer in 2010, Bow the black angus bull in 2012, Billy the goat 2014, Pepper the pig and Cheryl the pig in 2015. All of these rescued farm animals a gentle a just want to live.

We would like to share with you the stories of all these beautiful creatures, their personalities, their good days and bad; and some funny moments too. Please note that this is a closed rescue as Shane is not able to receive any more animals at this time until he has the funds and support to care for his current residence.
