As a registered charitable organization we receive tax-deductable donations to help us with funding. We rely on the sale of straw, fundraising, membership, animal boarding, surrender, adoption fees to assist us with running the shelter.

The Humane Society provides shelter and care for abandoned, surrendered and boarding animals. We educate and raise awareness through out the community for responsible pet ownership, and work to prevent cruelty to animals.

HSD stands firmly on neutering and spaying your pets to prevent over population.
