North Thames Paediatric Retrieval Service. Based near Great Ormond Street Hospital. Staff drawn from Great Ormond Street, St.Mary's (Paddington) and Royal Brompton (Chelsea) hospitals and St.John Ambulance.

To advise local medical staff regarding the treatment of critically ill children where needed and to stabilise and transport sick children, who need specialised medical care and equipment, from local hospitals in the north Thames and other regions to paediatric intensive care units within those regions.
