Our mission is to provide our animals with an environment where they are safe and, after a lifetime of doing their best for mankind or being abused by mankind, now have a life built around them giving them all they need and asking nothing of them.

Our charity is run solely on donations and it is due to this generosity that we are able to provide the lifelong essential care and rehabilitation that our animals require.

For the six months over the summer, on the first Sunday of every month we hold open days here at the Sanctuary. Please feel free to attend and see the excellent work and dedication that our staff provides to our rescued animals.

Our animals require year round love and attention and indeed continue to do so for the rest of their natural lives. We heavily rely on donations throughout the winter months when we are not open to public, and it is during this time that our costs are the highest and your continued help and support is so much appreciated.
